Notes that remain files
Amber is a workspace for technical writing and study. Markdown is the starting point, with support for Mermaid, LaTeX, and Typst when a document needs diagrams or typesetting.
Notes live in an ordinary folder. Source files remain authoritative; indexes and rendered views are derived from them. The workspace connects writing, navigation, and reusable artifacts while keeping documents accessible to other tools.
My role
I develop Amber independently. It is one of the projects I am currently working on, alongside Drivewise.
Current work
Amber is in development. The central concern is preserving source content while providing connected notes and useful rendered views. There is no public demo linked here yet.
